Tuccori Settlement Guide
The Tuccori homebuyer antitrust settlement has grown to over $70 million following a landmark opt-in by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) on April 10, 2026. The original settlement covered Anywhere Real Estate, Real Brokerage, Keyes/Illustrated Properties, and Vanguard Properties ($10.8M), with Hanna Holdings (Howard Hanna) adding $8.25M in March 2026. NAR's $52.25M opt-in — the largest single contribution — is pending preliminary court approval.
Why it matters: NAR's opt-in covers all NAR members, state/local REALTOR® associations, and affiliated MLSs nationwide — potentially expanding eligibility to millions of additional home sellers.

Under the opt-in settlement procedure, the Tuccori plaintiffs must file a motion for court approval of all opt-in settlors (NAR, Anywhere, Hanna, HomeServices, Compass, United Real Estate, and others) by May 18, 2026. This filing sets the stage for the preliminary approval hearing expected in summer 2026.
